1Agreement to Terms
By requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise engaging ClearCraft Window Cleaning (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us before booking service.
2Our Services
We provide residential and commercial window cleaning services across San Clemente, including exterior and interior glass cleaning, screen cleaning, skylight cleaning, and hard water and salt stain removal. The specific scope of any visit is based on what is agreed upon at the time of booking.
3Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide, such as window count, property size, and general condition. The final price is confirmed before work begins. If on site conditions differ meaningfully from what was described, such as significantly heavier buildup or different access requirements, we will let you know before proceeding and adjust the price accordingly.
4Scheduling and Access
You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time, including unlocked gates, clear pathways, and access to any relevant exterior areas. If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a rescheduling or trip fee may apply.
5Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with reasonable notice, generally at least 24 hours, are not charged a fee. Repeated last minute cancellations may be subject to a fee to help cover the reserved time.
6Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless a different arrangement, such as a recurring commercial account, has been agreed to in advance. We accept standard payment methods as discussed at the time of booking.
7Satisfaction Guarantee
If you notice a missed spot or an issue with the quality of a completed visit, contact us within a reasonable time and we will return to address it at no additional charge. This guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning work and does not extend to pre-existing damage or conditions unrelated to the service performed.
8Limitation of Liability
We take care to protect your property during every visit. That said, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear to windows, screens, frames, seals, or surrounding areas that are discovered or become apparent during service. If damage occurs due to our negligence, please contact us so we can address it directly.
9Property Conditions
Some properties present conditions, such as already cracked glass, failed seals, deteriorated frames, or damaged screens, that a routine cleaning cannot fix and that may become more visible once cleaned. We will point out any such conditions we notice during a visit, but we are not responsible for pre-existing issues of this kind.
10Licensing and Insurance
ClearCraft Window Cleaning is licensed and insured. Proof of current licensing and insurance is available upon request before booking.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
